Actions that change people's lives

Social responsibility for Hotmart starts at home, with our troopers (our employees), and expands to society through initiatives that involve donations, volunteering, partnerships and conducting impact projects in line with our business strategy.

Check out our actions under the Social pillar:

A social program that connects content creators with Brazilian social institutions through Hotmart's platform. Creators choose if they want to join Hotmart One, and donate 1-10% of the value of the sale of their products to one of the registered institutions. The funds are directly transferred to the institutions and in the last 5 years, more than BRL 5.5 million has already been donated.

Social impact program, via education, focused on training young people from the periphery to work professionally in areas of knowledge linked to the Creator Economy.

During the course, young people have access to leading professionals in the digital market, citizen training content and technical content on the digital market such as launch strategy, traffic management, copywriting, videomaking and others. The first edition (2023) was co-created by Hotmart, Observatório de Favelas and JNP - Juventude Negra Política.

A Hotmart volunteer program that connects our troopers to social institutions. Started in 2021, the program has already carried out different actions: distribution of food to homeless people, lectures in shelter houses for LGBTQIAP+ people, warm clothes for donation, support in shelters for abandoned animals, among others.

More recently, the volunteers participated in a mentoring group, in partnership with the Força Meninas institution, focusing on the development of projects for girls who wish to work in the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) areas.

In addition to the mentoring project, Hotmart also supports the Meninas Exatas project, from the same institution, under the Law for Cultural Incentive.

Fiscal Incentive Projects

Since 2021, we have supported projects and institutions under Laws for Cultural Incentive*. The initiatives are validated by the company's Sustainability Committee and must be aligned with the ESG strategy, which prioritizes the following lines of action:

  • Promotion of digital inclusion as a means for social integration and income generation;
  • Promoting education to develop entrepreneurial skills;
  • Offering training for young people in the field of technology.

Since then, Hotmart has contributed to projects such as:

  • XBoom (Burburinho Cultural Institution), which leads to training in games for young people in different parts of the country;
  • Morrobótica (Fa.vela institution) focusing on digital literacy, robotics and IOT;
  • Meninas em Rede (Força Meninas Institution), through mentoring and support for the production of a documentary on the presence of women in STEAM areas, among others.

*Law for Cultural Incentive; Elderly Assistance Fund; Children and Adolescent Assistance Fund.
