We have four affinity groups:

Internal Mentoring Program
Our Diversity & Inclusion program gets stronger every year. In this regard, our Internal Mentoring Program, which aims to exchange employees, stands out in the affinity groups for the development of skills and abilities, networking, greater visibility and strategies for career progression.
Access and Inclusion
Trans people are offered reimbursement of the costs of rectifying their name, as well as the use of their social name in the company's internal systems and toilets for all genders.
Accessibility
With regard to people with disabilities, all our events and internal meetings have individual audio description, subtitles and a LIBRAS interpreter, as well as architectural and communication accessibility in our Belo Horizonte office.
In addition to providing a baby kit and workshops related to motherhood and fatherhood to troopers (our employees), Hotmart offers specialized support during the gestational, postpartum and adoption process for the various family structures of our internal audience.
