Leaving a healthy world for future generations and understanding our impact is a practice we see as essential.

Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions Management

In order to know our environmental footprint and mitigate adverse impacts, since 2022 we have prepared the company's Greenhouse Gas inventory. With this, we hope to direct efforts towards developing actions that minimize the negative impact generated by our operations.

This is the case with the FIRE Festival, our main brand event: we measured the gas emissions of the 2022 edition and the following year's event (FIRE 2023) included a series of activations and initiatives to reduce and offset the event's environmental impact.

Solid and Electronic Waste Management

We have the continuous work to manage the destination of all waste from Hotmart offices. In 2022, for example, we developed the Solid Waste Management Plans for the offices in Brazil. 

In addition, at Hotmart, computers, notebooks and peripherals (mice, keyboards, monitors and headphones) that are fit for use have their useful life extended through donation: periodically, the teams in charge donate them to partner organizations and supported projects.

Those not working, on the other hand, are sent to institutions that offer computer maintenance courses or are properly disposed of.

In both cases, the aim is to ensure that the practices established with the Brazilian pilots mature and then cascade these actions to the company's other offices around the world.
