ESG Data Management

In line with our business strategy, ESG data management works as an internal practice to consolidate indicators related to Hotmart Company's material topics. The first internal document was structured in 2022 and since then, we have continued the process aiming at the continuous improvement of our operations.


Compliance Program 

Hotmart Company's Compliance Program was structured and aligned with business strategies. And its purpose is to ensure that laws and regulations are respected and cases of non-compliance are identified and corrected.

This, in turn, reinforces how the company operates by conducting its initiatives based on legality, integrity, transparency and a culture of ethics.


Ethics Line

The purpose of the reporting channel, known as the Ethics Line, is to ensure a safe channel for receiving information, anonymously or identified, about concerns covered in our code of conduct, such as those related to corruption, bullying, sexual harassment or any type of discrimination. The information reported in this channel is received by ICTS, an independent and specialized company that guarantees confidentiality and appropriate treatment for each case.
